How it works
- Fill in the event, the date, the venue and whose phone to ring when something goes wrong — that last line is the one people actually use.
- Keep the columns or change them. A wedding wants “Music”, a conference wants “Room”.
- Twenty-four rows covers a long day. It runs onto a second page if you need more, with the headings repeated.
- Download and print one for every person working, not one for the folder.
Frequently asked questions
- Should the times be printed or written?
- Written, on this sheet — the rows are blank so a change of plan costs a pen stroke rather than a reprint. If you want them printed, set the first column to dates and edit afterwards, or use a spreadsheet and our Excel to PDF tool.
- Can I make it portrait?
- Yes, and for a short event it reads well. Landscape is the default because a “what happens” column wide enough to be useful needs the extra width.
- Is this the same as a call sheet?
- It is the same sheet with different headings. A film call sheet wants Time, Scene, Cast, Location — type those in and you have one.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The PDF is drawn in your browser, so whatever you type stays on your computer.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the sheet; Pro leaves it off.
