How it works
- Keep the four times of day, or change them — “With breakfast”, “Before bed”, whatever the prescription says.
- Choose enough rows for the medicines, with a few spare for anything added later.
- The box underneath is for allergies and side effects to watch for. It is worth filling in even when it feels obvious.
- Download and print. One sheet a week is the usual rhythm; print seven at a time.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I get a box per day instead of per time of day?
- Yes. Replace the four time columns with Mon* through Sun*, and you have a week of boxes against each medicine.
- Is this a medical record?
- No. It is a sheet of paper you print and write on — useful for a carer or for a hospital admission, but it is not a prescription and nothing on it is checked against anything.
- Why do some headings end in a star?
- The star turns that column into tick boxes. Remove it and the column becomes space to write in instead.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The PDF is drawn in your browser, so whatever you type stays on your computer.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the sheet; Pro leaves it off.
