- What does the IRS want in a mileage log?
- For each business trip the date, the destination, the business purpose and the miles, written at or near the time of the trip. The odometer readings back up the miles. Check the rules for your own case with a tax adviser.
- Can I use it outside the US?
- Yes. Rename the columns — kilometres instead of miles, for instance — before downloading.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The PDF is drawn in your browser, so whatever you type stays on your computer.
- Is it free?
