How it works
- Keep the columns as they are, or rename them — a shop-by-shop list works as Item, Where, Qty.
- Choose how many lines. Twenty-six fills an A4 sheet comfortably.
- Download and print. The narrow tick column sits between the quantity and the notes.
- For a list you use every week, print several copies at once rather than opening this again.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I get the tick boxes?
- A star at the end of a column heading turns that column into boxes — here the heading is “✓*”, which prints as a tick and fills the column with squares. Take the star off and it becomes space to write in instead.
- Can I have sections — fruit, dairy, household?
- Make each one its own sheet by adding boxes underneath instead of a long table, or print the list twice with different headings. The table itself is one run of rows.
- Can I type the items in beforehand?
- Not into the table — the rows are blank by design so the sheet can be printed once and used many times. Put the things you always buy in the “lines to fill in at the top” instead.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The PDF is drawn in your browser, so whatever you type stays on your computer.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the sheet; Pro leaves it off.
