How it works
- Choose the month, and the day your pay period closes on if it is not the end of the month.
- Fill in the name and department, or leave them blank to write them in by hand.
- Choose whether you want columns for breaks and notes.
- Download the PDF and print it. Public holidays and weekends are already shaded.
Frequently asked questions
- My pay period runs from the 21st to the 20th. Can it do that?
- Yes — that is what the closing day is for. Choose the 20th and the sheet runs from the 21st of the month before to the 20th of the month you picked, and the heading says so.
- Does it add the hours up?
- No, and that is deliberate. The sheet is meant to be written on by hand, and a printed total that disagrees with the handwriting beside it is worse than an empty box.
- Which holidays are shaded?
- The public holidays of the country the page’s language belongs to, worked out for the year you chose — Japanese holidays on the Japanese page, German ones on the German page, and so on.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the sheet; Pro leaves it off.
