This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and you can even turn off your internet connection before you start.

How it works

  1. The days fill themselves in, Monday first. Change the three columns if your day divides differently.
  2. Seven rows for a week; add rows if you want a spare line at the foot for notes.
  3. The box underneath is deliberately small — a week with three priorities in it is a week you can finish.
  4. Download and print, in landscape.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get hours down the side instead of days?
Set the first column to “nothing”, type your own first column heading, and use the rows as hours. For a proper weekly timetable with hours down the side and days across the top, the timetable maker is the better sheet.
Can I print a month of these at once?
Not as dated weeks, no. Print one and copy it — the sheet is the same every week, which is rather the point of not dating it.
Why does the week start on Monday?
Because a planner is a working diary rather than a calendar, and the weekend reads better as the end of the week than split across both ends of the sheet.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The PDF is drawn in your browser, so whatever you type stays on your computer.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the sheet; Pro leaves it off.
