This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and you can even turn off your internet connection before you start.
How it works
- Choose the days and how many periods there are in a day.
- Paste the lessons: one line per period, with the days separated by tabs or commas. Copying a block out of a spreadsheet works as it is.
- Add the times beside the periods if you want them, and a title.
- Download the PDF and print it. Leave the lessons empty for a blank timetable.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I paste from Excel or Google Sheets?
- Yes. Copy the block of cells and paste it in: the cells arrive separated by tabs, which is what this expects.
- Can I just print an empty one?
- Yes — leave the lessons box empty and you get the blank form with the days and periods you chose.
- Why are Saturday and Sunday coloured?
- Japanese timetables print Saturday blue and Sunday red; the same colours are used here whatever the language.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The free plan adds a small line at the foot of the page.
