How it works

Frequently asked questions
- What is a delivery note for?
- It goes with the goods and lists what was delivered, so the customer can check the delivery against the order and sign for it. It is not a request for payment; that is the invoice.
- Do I have to show prices?
- No. Leave the unit prices empty and the note lists items and quantities only. Fill them in if your customer wants to see the value of the delivery.
- Can I turn it into an invoice afterwards?
- Yes. The delivery note, purchase order, quote, invoice and receipt pages share one form, kept in this browser. Switch the document and add a due date and payment details.
- Is what I type sent anywhere?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser and the form is remembered only on this device.
