Frequently asked questions
- How long must the tenant be given?
- At least 30 days for a home or roofed workplace and 10 for other leases (art. 315). The page will not make a shorter home rent notice.
- Then what?
- If the tenant does not pay within the deadline, the landlord may end the lease and apply for eviction.
- Is the paper in Turkish?
- Yes: it is handed in in Turkey, so it is written in Turkish. This page’s form is in English; what you type into the text boxes should be in Turkish.
- Is what I type uploaded?
