How it works
- Choose a worker’s release or a general one.
- Enter both sides and the dates of the job.
- List each claim with its amount, and the date and bank of payment.
- Download and sign; a worker’s release must be dated a month after the job ended.
Frequently asked questions
- When is a worker’s release valid?
- In writing, at least a month after the contract ended, each claim and amount stated, paid in full through a bank (TBK art. 420/2).
- Does it cover everything?
- Only the claims it names and that were paid.
- Is what I type uploaded?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser and nothing you type leaves your device.
- Is this legal advice?
- No, it is a template.
