Frequently asked questions
- When do I send a final demand?
- After reminders have gone unanswered and before a claim in court. It sets a last date to pay and says what happens after.
- Can it be in French, German, Spanish or Italian?
- Yes: choose the country and the letter follows its law, such as a mise en demeure under article 1344 of the French Civil Code or a Mahnung putting the debtor in default under § 286 BGB.
- Is what I type uploaded?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser and nothing you type leaves your device.
- Is this legal advice?
- No, it is a template. For large sums, ask a lawyer.
