How it works
- Enter the tenant (who pays), the landlord (who is paid) and the address.
- Enter the rent and any other items, one per line: “Service charge: 60”.
- Choose the first month and how many receipts, up to twelve.
- Download and print: two receipts a sheet. Sign each one when you are paid.
Frequently asked questions
- Why itemise the charges?
- So the tenant can show exactly what was paid for rent and for each charge, which benefit offices and tax returns ask about.
- Can I prepare a year’s receipts?
- Yes: choose the first month and twelve receipts, leave the date empty to write by hand, and sign each only when paid.
- What about Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany or Turkey?
- Choose the country: the receipt follows its rules, such as the itemised rent receipt Brazil’s tenancy law requires or the revenue stamp square on an Italian one.
- Is what I type uploaded?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser; nothing you type leaves your device, and nothing of ours is printed on the receipt.
- Is this legal advice?
- No, it is a form.
