Frequently asked questions
- Why pale grey rather than dots for cursive?
- A joined word is one continuous line, and a pale line shows where it goes without breaking it into dots. Dotted still works if that is what your child is used to.
- Which cursive is it?
- US cursive is the traditional American school hand; UK joined is the one English schools teach. Both are Playwrite fonts made from those countries' guidelines.
- Can I practise single letters?
- Yes: type a letter pair such as Aa or a string like "aaa bbb". With repeat on, each line fills its row.
